This test report evaluates the release performance of heated mochi in order to demonstrate the non-stick behavior of XAREC™ in food-contact applications.

The test compares how heated mochi adheres to different materials after microwave heating. The materials evaluated are S124, S135, TPX, PP, and PP/GF20, and XAREC™ shows favorable release performance, with S135 performing better than S124. The document is particularly useful for highlighting non-stick performance in kitchen utensils and microwave cooking applications.
